Service & maintenance

Our maintenance approach consists of three distinct phases:

1. Preparation
   We start with a thorough inspection of your machines, in which we identify existing bottlenecks together with your employees. Based on this inventory, we discuss the possibilities, make the necessary preparations, draw up a maintenance plan and determine the frequency of maintenance.
2. Execution
   After preparation, we schedule the maintenance at a time convenient for you. During the execution, we fix the observed problems and check essential parts such as bearings and chains. If necessary, parts are replaced immediately so that your production is hardly disturbed.
3. Follow-up
   Sometimes it turns out that certain parts require additional preparation or a longer delivery time. Then we will order or manufacture these parts and schedule the replacement in a subsequent maintenance service.
