Special machinery construction
When do I choose specialty engineering?
If no standard machine exists or if you need specific operations or throughput. We provide customization with 3D design, simulation and if required a test setup (e.g. 3D print prototype).
Are you working with robotics, vision and AI?
Yes. We apply robotics, vision, ultrasonic welding and AI where it adds value for higher capacity, consistent quality, safety and traceability.
Production automation & integration
Can you integrate or expand existing lines?
Yes, as a system integrator we link subsystems, modify existing machines, design new components where necessary and deliver turnkey.

Food (HACCP, hygiene & validations)
How do you ensure hygiene (HACCP) in food environments?
We design with hygienic design (material selection, cleanability, blind spot reduction) and align procedures with HACCP requirements. Component selection, shielding and finishing are focused on food-safe working.
Can you help with audits and certification?
Yes. We provide documentation and support in CE marking, risk assessment and where relevant validations towards QA/QC.
Project, lead time & costs
What does the process look like?
Intake → concept and 3D design and simulation → engineering → construction and assembly → test and FAT/SAT → installation → commissioning → service and maintenance. Lead time depends on complexity; we agree milestones in advance.
What does a specialty machine or automation cost?
That depends on scope (functionality, speed, hygiene and safety, integrations). We make a fixed scope budget or phase budget after intake and preliminary design.
Safety & CE
Do your machines comply with standards and CE?
Yes. We work in accordance with relevant directives and standards and provide CE documentation (including risk assessment, manual and schematics). Safety is a prerequisite in design and integration.
