Willem joins the sales team and will gradually take over various tasks from René. Therefore, Willem joined the MT immediately and will take over the role of Sales manager in the near future.
At van Wees, we are happy with our employees. That employees can and want to grow within our company makes us proud. Recently there have been some nice shifts within the organization! Where on the one hand an employee has reached retirement age, on the other hand there is room for personal development.
René
The first shift takes place with René. In recent years, in addition to his position as Sales manager, René has increasingly taken care of planning and production. Therefore, René van Heijst will fill this role of Operations manager within van Wees and with that he will function as a pivot between production (led by production managers Mehmet and Harmen) and the business office.
Maikel
Maikel has been working at Van Wees since 2008. From his technical background he has experienced a nice personal growth. This has resulted in Maikel joining the MT as Technical Manager, taking over Harrie's role.
