1. Preparation, tuning and planning
Faults and reports are passed on and logged for each production line. This creates a list of points for attention.
Two months before maintenance, we make a tour of the lines together with Belned. During this visit, the points for attention and improvements are discussed, parts are ordered and solutions are prepared. In this way, everything is arranged before the mechanics start work.
2. Implementation
Maintenance is scheduled for the summer and Christmas vacations. Two or three mechanics perform the maintenance, preferably the same faces so they can work from their experience. The maintenance is done according to fixed checklists so that nothing is forgotten. Examples include removing dirt and grease, cleaning engines and checking the play on rotating parts. New issues are, wherever possible, solved immediately.
3. Follow-up
Any defects or wear that are found during maintenance but cannot be fixed immediately, for example due to longer delivery times of parts or required preparation, are followed up after the maintenance week. These items are prepared and/or parts ordered, after which they are either remedied during a separate appointment or placed on the list for the next maintenance week.
